This distinction matters for productivity decompositions, which typically interpret entry and exit as manifestations of Schumpeterian creative destruction. Using linked administrative data on Finnish manufacturing firms and employees over the period 2010\u20132022, we identify restructuring events through clustered worker flows and incorporate this classification into a structural productivity decomposition framework. The results show that firms involved in restructuring events exhibit significantly higher productivity levels than genuinely entering or exiting firms. Nevertheless, genuine entry and exit make a larger positive contribution to aggregate productivity growth. Firms undertaking acquisitions exhibit a temporary decline in labor productivity around the time of acquisition followed by gradual recovery. Este tipo de modelos resulta especialmente relevante en aplicaciones reales, ya que garantiza un acceso equitativo a servicios esenciales. Para su resoluci\u00f3n, se proponen dos enfoques metaheur\u00edsticos, destacando GRASP por su capacidad para obtener soluciones de alta calidad. La validez de estos m\u00e9todos se demuestra mediante experimentos computacionales sobre datos simulados y casos de referencia, as\u00ed como mediante su aplicaci\u00f3n a un problema real: la localizaci\u00f3n de 40 bases de ambulancias en los 2.248 municipios de Castilla y Le\u00f3n, caracterizados estos municipios por unas caracter\u00edsticas demogr\u00e1ficas muy particulares, baja densidad y elevada heterogeneidad en la distribuci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En segundo lugar, se analiza una extensi\u00f3n del cl\u00e1sico Problema de Cobertura M\u00e1xima (MCLP), en la que se introduce una restricci\u00f3n adicional que garantiza que todos los puntos de demanda est\u00e9n a una distancia m\u00e1xima de alguna instalaci\u00f3n. Esta formulaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 estrechamente relacionada con el problema del p-centro, dando lugar a un modelo biobjetivo que busca equilibrar la eficiencia (maximizar la cobertura dentro de una distancia cr\u00edtica) y la equidad (minimizar la peor distancia de acceso). El trabajo se centra en la obtenci\u00f3n de la frontera eficiente, que representa el compromiso entre ambos objetivos. Para ello, se emplea el m\u00e9todo de la \u03b5_constraint junto con una nueva formulaci\u00f3n matem\u00e1tica que reduce significativamente la complejidad del problema, permitiendo calcular soluciones \u00f3ptimas de manera exacta.
